The villa is located in Javea, a charming seaside resort on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante (between Valencia and Alicante).
About 5 to 10 minutes by car from the center of Javea and less than 15 minutes from the beach, the villa is ideally located.
In the center of Javea you will find all the shops you need to enjoy your stay. 
Javea offers a wide range of sandy beaches and coves to spend your days. 
It is the ideal destination for all kinds of water sports and scuba diving.

The local market is held every Thursday in Constitution Square.
On market days, the parking lot located just below the square is very reasonably priced. 

The Montgo Natural Park, not far from the villa, is the place to be for hiking.
You will find a multitude of plant varieties as well as an equally rich fauna. 
Thanks to a 700 meter high peak, it also offers a breathtaking view of its surroundings.
