It is forbidden to occupy the house with more than 14 people.<\/strong> Can you consider the following recommendations :<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. about the alarm :<\/strong>The cleaners have warned us that there are thieves operating during the holidays, so please remember to switch on the alarm if you are all leaving the house. <\/strong>(windows must be closed to switch on) Arrivals take place from 18:00.<\/p>\n The property must be vacated by 10.00 am at the latest.<\/p>\n You must put your sorted rubbish (glass – PMC – cardboard and paper – household rubbish) in the containers on the edge of the main roads.<\/p>\n An inventory of the accessories and dishes is available on site. It is possible to park your vehicles on site in a private parking space.<\/p>\n It is strictly forbidden to modify, disconnect or alter the alarm system in any way. Access to the swimming pool is protected from the main entrance by a barrier. You must respect the interior furnishings and keep everything in a clean and tidy condition. You must respect the outdoor furniture and keep it in a clean condition. The owner or his representative may visit you to check that everything is going well. The villa must be left in a state of cleanliness corresponding to normal use: kitchen tidied up, ovens and BBQ cleaned, rubbish bins put in the collection areas, open fire cleaned, washing machine and dryer cleaned (filters, …), ironing equipment put away, … Additional charges may be applied in case of non-compliance with these instructions for use. The alarm must always be switched on when no one is present in the property.
It is strictly forbidden to touch the surveillance cameras.<\/p>\nSwimming pool:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Access to the pool is not protected from the side.
Eating is not permitted in the pool area.
Please use plastic or cardboard cups, plates, accessories, … if necessary. Parents \/ adults present are responsible for the safety of children in the pool area.
Towels for the pool are not provided. Please use towels and shower towels only in the shower rooms.<\/p>\nInterior:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Close windows and external doors when using air conditioning or heating.
Parents \/ adults present are responsible for the safety of children in the house, including on the stairs.<\/p>\nOutside :<\/strong><\/h3>\n
In case of rain, the chairs and tables on the terraces must be taken in.
Parents\/guardians are responsible for the safety of their children throughout the property.<\/p>\nDuring your stay:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
If you are renting for more than a week, it is your responsibility to have the villa cleaned so that it is kept in a clean and tidy condition. You can use our cleaning service for a fee.

A check out will be carried out with the owner or his representative.
The cost of any breakages, damage, … or even disappearance of equipment will be deducted from the deposit. If the cost of repairs is higher than the deposit, the tenant will have to pay the excess immediately.<\/p>\n
The swimming pool attendant and gardener are sometimes present on site.<\/p>\n
